Rule-based, versioned, and frozen before they run.

Ledger's strategies are not tips and not predictions. Each one is a written set of conditions that either happens during a match or doesn't.

Minute window, score state, price band, league scope. If the conditions are met, a signal fires. If not, nothing happens.

Any change to a rule creates a new version. The old version is retired with its record intact — history is never rewritten.

Every signal settles by the same fixed rules after the match, and the settled record — wins and losses — is shown in the app.
