Common questions

Is Ledger betting advice?

No. Ledger is informational: it publishes strategy signals together with their full, audited record — wins and losses. Nothing in the app tells you to place a bet, and no bets can be placed in the app. We don't promise wins. We publish the record.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open App Store subscription settings, choose Ledger, and tap cancel. It always takes one tap from the app's subscription screen too — no retention hoops.

Where does the data come from?

Live scores, fixtures and odds snapshots come from professional sports data providers; ratings and projections are produced by our own statistical models. The signal track record is generated automatically by our system and is never edited by hand.

My journal disappeared after reinstalling

Journal entries are stored only on your device for privacy, so deleting the app deletes them. Cloud backup is on our roadmap.
