Common questions

Can Ledger tell me the result of a match?

No. Ledger publishes a statistical model's estimate of how likely each result is, together with the method behind it (a page labelled "Bookmaker odds, margin removed" shows the chances the bookmaker's odds imply instead). Models describe tendencies across many matches and say nothing certain about the next one. We publish the method, not a promise.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions bought in the app are managed by Apple: open App Store subscription settings, choose Ledger, and tap cancel. It always takes one tap from the app's subscription screen too — no retention hoops.

I bought PRO on the website — how do I use it in the app?

Open the app, go to Settings → Sign in, and enter the email you used at checkout. We send a 6-digit code; once verified, PRO unlocks on that device. To cancel a web subscription, go to Account → Manage subscription on ledgerapp.uk or email us.

Where does the data come from?

Fixtures, results and match data come from a professional sports data provider. The estimates are produced by our own statistical models from completed results; we check for new results every hour. A page labelled "Bookmaker odds, margin removed" shows the chances that a bookmaker's prices imply instead. No number is adjusted by hand.
