Ledger publishes pre-match analysis of football matches, built on a statistical model. It is analysis, not betting advice, and it cannot promise any result.

What a match page shows

• The model's estimate of how likely each result is: home win, draw and away win. A page labelled "Bookmaker odds, margin removed" shows the chances the bookmaker's odds imply instead.
• Recent form for both teams.
• Past meetings between them.
• Injuries and suspensions, when that information is available.

Each analysis is published before kick-off and updated as new information arrives until kick-off. At kick-off it is locked and not changed afterwards. What you see later is the analysis as it stood at kick-off.

What Ledger does not do

• It does not claim certainty. Football is uncertain and any match can go either way.
• It does not give betting advice or promise any outcome.
• It does not take bets or hold money for betting.
